Community Background

I live in a crumbling home like many of my family and neighbours. I have lived in Sunny Malin Head all my life, I am the eldest of eight and grew up working in the family bar (Farrens Bar, Irelands most northerly pub) Married to Mairead who has suffered me since 1989, we have two grown up daughters. We own a Ardmalin caravan park (Mobile holiday park) and I am the manager of the Malin Head Community centre which is also affected by defective concrete blocks. Founder member of the 100% Redress Party. I am a committee member of Malin Parish 1st Responders, Go Visit Donegal and Inishowen Development Partnership.

Personal Touch

Outside of council work, I enjoy photography, bowls and going on holidays and eating. I love being social in person and online. People who know me know I am approachable straight and a community person
